Acceptance of Terms
By using DermaCare, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to DermaCare, including design, code, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Proficient Technology.
Limitation of Liability
DermaCare is provided "as is" without warranties. Proficient Technology is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement, with or without notice.
Changes to Agreement
This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of DermaCare after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts within India.
